About the job
In this key role, you will assume overall responsibility for quality, occupational safety and sustainability together with your team and work closely with the production plants and management.
- Overall responsibility for the quality management system (QMS), the company laboratory as well as the further development of quality and sustainability standards
- Planning, execution and follow-up of internal and external audits including authorities and certification bodies
- Analysis of complaints, derivation of measures and professional support of the plants and production managers
- Preparation of management reviews, supplier evaluations as well as relevant reports and decision-making bases
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (FMV/FMBV, label requirements, etc.) including clarifications with authorities
- Professional responsibility for occupational safety (SiBe) as well as support in risk analyses
- Training, instruction and advice to employees on quality, safety and sustainability topics
- Completed studies in agronomy or veterinary medicine
- Initial experience in quality management, as an auditor or in the field of occupational safety
- Open communication with our colleagues in Western Switzerland
- Structured, solution-oriented and strong communication skills
