You'll design data-driven hiring strategies, champion diversity initiatives, and create talent pipelines that position Nestle in Switzerland for success in a rapidly changing market. You'll have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across different functions and geographies, influence decision-making, and help create a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
A Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Partner

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including, candidate attraction and selection, interviewing & assessment, and offer management.

Execute sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.

Collaborate in the development of Talent Acquisition strategies and actively participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Work seamlessly across functions and time zones to deliver an exceptional Talent Acquisition experience.
What will make you successful

Previous in house or Agency experience is essential with exposure to full cycle Talent Acquisition.

Strong capabilities in active sourcing, pipeline building, and conducting thorough market research.

Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage relationships with stakeholders across different time zones.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies,

Excellent communication, and facilitation skills, with a focus on active listening and team collaboration.

Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in the English language is required; A high level of German is a definite asset.
