Job Description

• Setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production plants (e.g. machinery, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging)
• Operation of machines to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, cost/waste targets, and quality standards
• Transport, packaging, and sorting of raw materials or finished products
• Monitoring production quality to identify, sort out, or rework defective products
• Keeping accurate daily production records to analyse manufacturing performance

We Expect

• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system (day and night shifts)
• Compliance with rules for discipline, order, safety, and quality
• Conducting quality checks (visual incoming and outgoing inspections)
• Performing daily machine checks according to instructions and regulations
• Additional tasks as directed by the shift supervisor or lead operator
