Project Manager in Steel Construction and Building Envelope
Job Description
Your tasks include:- Independently managing the project according to order and customer requirements
- Accompanying the assembling fitters and chief fitters
- Corresponding with builders, suppliers, architects, and designers
- Taking responsibility and controlling cost development, delivery, and assembly dates
We expect
- Basic training at EFZ level as tinsmith / metalworker / draughtsman / designer / polybuilder
- Further training at FH/HF level to become a project manager / site manager or engineer
- Knowledge of building envelopes and steel constructions
- Good negotiation skills
- Cost-conscious personality and economic way of thinking
- Experience dealing with authorities, suppliers, builders, clients, and chief fitters
- Resilient, flexible, and communicative nature
- Team player
- High personal responsibility
- Structured and goal-oriented working method
- MS Office experience (CAD knowledge advantageous)
