What is my role?

• You competently support employers and insured persons with all questions regarding occupational pension provision

• You prepare pension offers and assist customers in selecting the appropriate solution

• You acquire new customers and further develop existing customer relationships

• You ensure the correct processing of insured administration, especially for entries and exits, salary changes, exit benefits, cash payments and purchases

• You support the year-end processing as well as various project tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial basic training

• Several years of experience and sound knowledge in insured and contract administration of occupational pension provision

• Responsible, careful and customer-oriented working style

• Enjoyment in communication with customers and colleagues as well as a good sense of their needs

• Further training in the area of the 2nd pillar as well as knowledge of M&S Pension / AKIS BV Net is an advantage
