Job Description

As part of the evolution of its digital solutions and the development of new offers in the field of insurance and pension provision, our client is looking for a Senior Lead Business Analyst to strengthen its teams.

You will join a multidisciplinary team composed of Business Analysts and developers.

Leadership and support in Business Analysis

Define, structure and develop Business Analysis methods, standards and deliverables.
Support Business Analysts in their activities through coaching, analysis reviews and sharing best practices.
Ensure the quality, consistency and completeness of the analyses produced.
Coordinate work requiring the involvement of several Business Analysts.

Business and functional analysis

Gather, analyse and formalise stakeholders' needs.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development teams to ensure a good understanding of requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.
Prepare and perform functional tests, monitor anomalies and support users during testing and deployment phases.

Qualifications

More than 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with proven experience as a Lead BA or methodological referent.
Expertise in coaching Business Analysts and defining standards and best practices.
Mastery of functional analysis, APIs and integration issues.
Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira and Confluence.
Leadership, critical thinking, autonomy and excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Languages: Fluent French + minimum B2 English.

Assets

Experience in insurance, ideally in pension provision and digital subscription journeys.
Knowledge of Java/Angular environments.
Certification in Business Analysis.
