About the job

• Care of emergency patients during the high-traffic winter season
• Ensuring high-quality nursing in complex and acute situations
• Rapid clinical assessment and prioritisation of walk-in patients
• Close collaboration with doctors, emergency services, Rega and other interfaces
• Active contribution to team dynamics during challenging peak times

• Professional experience in emergency care and/or solid acute hospital experience
• Resilience and calmness when dealing with emergency patients
• Independent working style and clear, direct communication
• Enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work closely and straightforwardly with the acute ward
