Project Manager Strategic Space Management (m/f/d)

In our Real Estate division, you will manage, develop, construct, and operate the properties of Zürcher Kantonalbank together with over 100 colleagues. You will design future-proof work, customer, and meeting spaces, thereby making an important contribution to the bank's long-term development. In your role, you will operate at the interface between business and operations, drive conceptual topics forward, and ensure that service delivery in the Real Estate area is fit for the future.

• Driving strategic space management at portfolio and corporate levels, conducting needs analyses, and creating benefit forecasts in collaboration with various specialist departments
• Establishing analytical controlling of the utilisation of our properties and deriving requirements, potentials, and optimisation opportunities as a data-based foundation for decisions in portfolio management
• Designing operational concepts for employee zones and deriving recommendations for future working environments
• Supporting major projects with your strategic-conceptual expertise and contributing your perspective throughout the entire project process
• Identifying gaps in the current service offering and developing new services and offerings including business case logic
• Positioning yourself as a representative of benefits towards the business and translating requirements into actionable, viable concepts

• Completed higher education in the real estate sector as well as further training in Real Estate Management
• Several years of experience in the use and development of office properties with a proven focus on strategy and conception, ideally in a benefits representation or comparable interface function between business and corporate real estate management
• Strong ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex topics and derive viable conceptual foundations
• Sound understanding of how to efficiently implement concepts using digital tools
• High affinity for interdisciplinary collaboration at the interface of real estate, business, and IT topics
• You convince with a clear, binding, and inclusive manner and win over various stakeholders at different management levels for your solutions
• You identify with our values and effectively apply them in daily actions
• Very good German skills; any additional language is a plus
