About the job
Since August 2021, the special education program TAVOLA of Schoio AG, a center in family support from the Oberaargau Langenthal region, has been in place. TAVOLA offers separate, tailored, and flexible educational settings according to LP 21 for students with special school status exhibiting noticeable social and learning behavior (including ASD, ADHD). In designing the learning processes, the focus is on promoting children and adolescents and activating family systems according to their will and resources. The goal is the joint reintegration into regular systems.
To complement our team in the EDUCATION department, we are looking for someone starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement
You will do the following:
- Accompany kids and teens with heart and humor through the school day
- Support in the classroom where needed (school assistance)
- Strengthen daily structure with clarity – and a touch of creativity
- Take on areas of responsibility and bring fresh energy to the team
You bring the following:
- Qualification as FaBe K or in social work / social pedagogy FH/HF
- Motivation and ability for individualized teaching
- Experience in collaboration with parents and professional agencies
- Systemic solution-oriented attitude
- Creative and reliable personality
