Your challenge
- Independent management and administrative processing of customer orders for defined export markets
- Preparation of quotations as well as processing and monitoring of orders until delivery
- Preparation of shipping and export documents as well as invoicing
- Telephone and written correspondence with international distributors, customers, authorities and internal departments
- Ensuring timely order processing and consistent monitoring of delivery dates, quotations and order confirmations
- Coordination and collaboration with freight forwarders and external partners
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Mutual representation within the Sales Export team
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (EFZ, commercial school or comparable education)
- Further training in export or internal sales is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international export environment
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Experience in export processing and handling of international shipping and customs documents
- Technical understanding or interest in technical products
- Service-oriented, communicative and reliable personality
- High customer orientation and strong quality awareness
- Team player with enjoyment of working in an international environment
- Resilient, flexible and well organised
- Solution-oriented thinking and a high sense of responsibility
