Carpenter as Assembly Supervisor
Tasks
- Jointly responsible for assembly planning with the dispatcher
- Ensure quality, deadlines and progress of assemblies
- Leadership and guidance of fitters
- Close cooperation with AVOR, production and project management
- Coordinate assembly teams and consistently monitor implementation
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter EFZ, technical further training advantageous
- Experience as a fitter, AVOR employee or project manager desired
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused working style
- Reliable leadership qualities with calmness and pragmatic problem-solving approach
- Possession of a category B driving licence, additional licences advantageous
