As a significant specialised hospital with a comprehensive training mandate, Limmattal Hospital assumes the extended basic medical care of over 96,000 patients annually. It also offers top medical care and in-depth expert knowledge in numerous surgical and medical specialties. The hospital has 188 beds in the acute sector, 126 beds in long-term care, as well as eight operating theatres and eight intensive care beds. More than 1,577 employees from 57 nations provide high-quality and diverse services daily. To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and resilient MPA.
Working days at 60% are Wednesday to Friday and at 80% Monday, Wednesday to Friday.

Here you will be involved
- in appointment organisation, patient reception, scheduling, triage, and handling all KISIM mailboxes
- in telephone contact with internal and external departments
- in administrative tasks & organisational duties
- in the laboratory, blood sampling & performing CTGs
- as assistance in urogynaecological assessments and minor diagnostic & therapeutic procedures
- in the provision of consumables and maintenance of equipment
You
- have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant or a qualified nurse HF/FH
- have professional experience in the field of the Women’s Clinic
- are flexible regarding changes
- are a team-oriented, efficient, open, and warm personality
- enjoy medical technology
- work independently and maintain good interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and the entire team
- have KISIM experience, an advantage
