In this role, you continuously design, implement, and optimize the records plan and filing system, including retention periods and RM policies. Your further tasks include the maintenance, quality assurance, and controlling of RM. You participate in the introduction and improvement of RM processes throughout the organization and actively drive digitalization forward. In addition, you support employees in the practical handling of RM and conduct training sessions. In close cooperation with the data protection advisor, you coordinate processes with the state archive. If interested and suitably qualified, you have the opportunity to expand your workload through tasks in the university library (e.g., cataloging with ALMA, consultations and training in the field of academic work, or tasks in the publishing area).

Your profile
- University degree in information and documentation or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in the RM field and are willing to pursue targeted further training.
- Solid knowledge in digital archiving (legal retention periods, cantonal and national data protection laws, etc.)
- Experience with administrative processes and in conveying complex content
- Structured and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
