To complete the Technical Support and Projects unit, we are advertising a position for:

Vehicle Technician
4-Year Fixed-Term Contract
from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029

Your mission
Reporting to the Technical Support and Project Manager, you will participate in studies related to the modification and maintenance of electric vehicles and installations, ensuring that the company’s needs are met in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Your main responsibilities
• Produce plans and technical studies necessary for the acquisition, maintenance, and modifications of rolling stock and various installations related to electrical, mechanical, locksmithing, and pneumatic equipment of vehicles, from design (prototype) to series launch.
• Be the contact person for one or more vehicle series. Supervise maintenance schedules and adapt them according to needs, in collaboration with maintenance teams and methods. Monitor modification lists and ongoing work on non-conformities and obsolescence.
• Provide effective support in various projects concerning vehicle reception, commissioning, and establishment of maintenance schedules. Ensure technical follow-up of vehicle modification and adaptation projects.
• Prepare various reports and technical documents related to ongoing work and collect, organise, archive, and continuously update the filing system for these documents, in collaboration with the documentation manager.

Your profile
• ES Technician in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification,
• minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a transport company or industry,
• good knowledge of maintenance methods (preventive, corrective, conditional),
• excellent ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders,
• professional and constructive attitude, open to exchanges and feedback in a spirit of continuous improvement,
• comfortable with new technologies,
• initiative and versatility, hands-on approach, pragmatism, and solution orientation,
• ability to work in synergy with other internal departments and external partners, in a spirit of cooperation,
• proficiency at B2 level in English and German, or perfect command of one of these two languages.
