Nurse as Team Leader, 60-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You challenge, promote, organise, plan, coordinate and advise the employees in your team
• You alternately take on the daily responsibility
• You also work closely with an interdisciplinary team as a member of the management committee, regularly exchanging professional expertise
• As the case-leading specialist, you independently care for and advise clients
• Needs assessment, creating care plans and managing the care process complete your demanding range of tasks
• The workload can be between 60 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse HF / nurse HF (recognition by the SRK is required for foreign diplomas)
• You bring leadership experience and/or the willingness to complete appropriate further training
• A category B driving licence is important for this role
• Do you consider yourself thoughtful, solution-oriented and proactive?
