Your tasks

• Manufacture and inspection of demanding individual parts as well as small and medium series according to technical drawings on CNC-controlled lathes
• Independent assurance of the required quality standards through precise measurement and testing procedures
• Continuous optimisation of workflows and workplaces with regard to quality, efficiency and throughput times
• Active participation in the improvement of manufacturing processes and the sustainable increase of productivity

Your profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education
• Several years of experience in CNC turning is an advantage
• Knowledge in programming with Alphacam as well as experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls are desirable
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious way of working in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on mentality with high initiative and sense of responsibility
• Open-minded, communicative and team-oriented personality who likes to think along and actively contributes to process optimisation
• Reliability, flexibility and enjoyment of technically demanding tasks
