Exclusively for our client - a renowned company in the Liestal region - we are looking for immediately

Polymechanic (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Equipment availability: You ensure the smooth operation of the production equipment and minimise downtime.

• Technology & precision: You convert equipment, commission it and troubleshoot with a trained eye for detail.

• Maintenance: Maintenance and overhauls are part of your daily routine as well as the manual reworking of components (milling, drilling, turning, polishing).

• Process optimisation: You identify potential to increase productivity and actively implement quality standards.

• Knowledge transfer: You train the team in the operation and maintenance of our assembly machines and support new colleagues during their induction.

• Basis: Completed training as a mechanic or polymechanic with solid experience in a production environment.

• Expertise: Proficient handling of machining techniques (turning/milling) as well as strong analytical thinking skills for technical defects.

• Soft skills: You are a assertive team player who remains resilient even in hectic phases and convinces through reliability.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts is a matter of course for you.

• Digital & language: Solid PC skills (MS Office) as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required.
