What is my role?

• As a test bench expert, you orchestrate complex mechanical conversions and overhaul work

• You are the Guardian of Safety and ensure the safe operation of our high-tech test benches

• With precision and know-how, you prepare exciting prototype tests for innovative engines and components

• From assembly to diagnosis - your technical understanding is unbeatable

• In conversion projects, you are the creative mind behind the mechanical implementation

• You manage our test benches confidently and with foresight

• You plan and coordinate maintenance and overhauls with ease

• As a communication talent, you maintain valuable exchange with suppliers and our development team

What do I need to be successful?

• A successfully completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, or comparable qualification

• Your passion for engines and profound technical understanding distinguish you

• You interpret technical drawings with ease and precision

• Solid expertise in the field of high-pressure hydraulics

• Physical fitness for handling heavy components

• Confident German skills and good basic English for international collaboration

• Familiarity with electronic systems and state-of-the-art measurement technology

• Flexibility in working hours and strong team spirit

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
