You support people with psychological and multiple impairments in applying their skills in the work environment. With individual support and targeted promotion, you strengthen their self-determination, personal development and social participation.

Your profile
- Completed training as a social pedagogue, in social work, work pedagogy, or comparable qualification
- Experience in supporting people with support needs
- Enjoyment in promoting and strengthening people’s independence and self-efficacy
- Appreciative, resource-oriented and participation-oriented attitude
- Patience, empathy and sensitivity
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliability and commitment
- Resilience and confidence in dealing with challenging situations
