In your role, you form an important interface between employees, managers and internal and external partners. You provide advisory support on health-related matters, coordinate tailored support services and actively contribute to the further development of our occupational health management.

In your role, you form an important interface between employees, managers and internal and external partners. You provide advisory support on health-related matters, coordinate tailored support services and actively contribute to the further development of our occupational health management.
Your tasks
- Analysing individual situations of employees with health limitations or personal stress situations and developing appropriate support strategies
- Planning and coordinating a sustainable reintegration into the work process together with employees, managers and external agencies
- Accompanying employees throughout the entire case management process and conducting regular status meetings
- Advising managers and HR Business Partners/HR Business Advisors on prevention and support services as well as contributing to the further development of the case management process
- Ensuring careful documentation of cases and analysing data for quality assurance and process optimisation
- Advising expectant mothers and fathers on all questions regarding pregnancy, birth and the first time with the child
- Responsible for recruiting and supporting people with disabilities who participate in our individual integration programme for the primary labour market
- Developing innovative, sustainable solutions and actively contributing to the further development of our health management
Your profile
- Completed training and/or further education in case management, vocational integration, psychology, coaching or systemic counselling
- Several years of professional experience in case management or labour market integration
- Sound knowledge in labour law and social and private insurance, especially daily sickness benefits and accident insurance
- You convince with a solution-oriented, persuasive and flexible manner, high social competence and a strong customer focus
- Confident personality with communication, counselling and negotiation skills
- Strong self-management and a good sense for structured case administration
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognise relevant patterns in data and derive insights
