- Professional and personnel management of a team of 8–10 employees
- Planning, organisation and further development of a residential group
- Support of five users according to the principle of good living and promotion of participation
- Collaboration in the management team of Residential Home Windspiel and active shaping of further development
Your Profile
- Completed studies in social work or curative education (B.A. / Diploma)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities
- Teamwork skills, resource-oriented working method and resilience
- Leadership experience as well as a completed team leader course or willingness to undertake further training accordingly
- Willingness to work day shifts and a flexible working share
