- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal compliance requirements
- Independent processing of letters of credit and execution of documentary collections
- Active maintenance and support of international customer relationships, both in writing and by telephone
- Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and other export-relevant documents
- Several years of professional experience in international export business
- Proficient use of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Very good knowledge of German and English, additional languages such as French are a plus
- Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as a strong team spirit and initiative

Responsibilities
- Independent organisation and handling of international export shipments by air, sea, and road- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal compliance requirements
- Independent processing of letters of credit and execution of documentary collections
- Active maintenance and support of international customer relationships, both in writing and by telephone
- Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and other export-relevant documents
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training and recognised further education in export or foreign trade- Several years of professional experience in international export business
- Proficient use of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Very good knowledge of German and English, additional languages such as French are a plus
- Structured, solution-oriented working style as well as a strong team spirit and initiative
