We are looking for a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH with solid expertise in wound management who confidently assesses complex situations professionally, lives quality and keeps the whole person in view.
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a Focus on Wound Expert (60–100%) | Spitex
As a qualified nursing specialist with a focus on wound management, you combine professional outpatient care with in-depth expertise in wound care. You care for clients with acute, chronic and complex wounds, provide professional advice to those involved and support your colleagues in demanding wound situations.
You work independently and at the same time closely with our nursing team as well as doctors, hospitals and other specialist agencies.
Your main tasks include:
- Professional assessment, treatment and support of clients with acute, chronic and complex wounds
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual and evidence-based wound care
- Advice and guidance for clients and their relatives in dealing with wounds and supportive measures
- Professional advice and support for our nursing specialists and other employees in complex wound situations
- Close interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners, hospitals, wound clinics and other professionals involved in treatment
- Ensuring professional and comprehensible wound and care documentation
- Participation in the further development of standards, work tools and processes in wound management
- Promotion of knowledge transfer within the organisation and sharing current professional findings with the nursing team
- Active participation in quality assurance and development
- Taking on tasks related to material management
- Taking on tasks as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH within outpatient care
You bring with you:
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Completed further training in wound management, for example as a Wound Expert SAfW, Wound Expert ICW or a comparable qualification
- Solid expertise and ideally practical experience in the care of acute, chronic and complex wounds
- Enjoyment in passing on your expertise and supporting colleagues in an advisory capacity
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Strong client-oriented attitude as well as high professional and social competence
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Driving licence category B or willingness to visit our clients in all weather conditions by e-bike
- And last but not least: enjoyment of a collegial atmosphere – preferably with a sense of humour
