The surgical medical secretariat supports various specialist disciplines. Due to a personnel change, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our team in Angiology/Surgery immediately or by arrangement.
Medical Practice Assistant / Health Professional with Practical Experience 60% Angiology
In this versatile role, you will take on both administrative tasks and occasional duties in outpatient assistance.
Your Challenge
- Organisation and coordination of patient appointments
- Preparation and coordination of outpatient angiological consultations
- Practice administration and ensuring smooth processes
- Close collaboration and coordination with the responsible person for angiological assistance as well as the angiologist/vascular surgeon
- General secretarial duties including creation, review, and dispatch of medical reports and correspondence
- Service recording and control
- Support in outpatient assistance for the surgical specialist disciplines (e.g. plastering, assistance with minor procedures)
- Deputising within the well-organised surgical secretariat
Your Profile
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant or health professional with practical experience
- Committed, independent, patient-oriented, and resilient personality, distinguished by your team and communication skills
