For our Residenz Südpark in Basel, we are looking for a Head of Hospitality 100% starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

The Südpark is a high-quality residence for the urban population from the third stage of life and is operated in the style of a boutique hotel with 103 stylish apartments, individualized services for the residents, and 28 single rooms for inpatient care.

Your area of responsibility

• Leadership and budget responsibility for the hospitality area
• Responsibility for the hospitality staff
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the residence
• Responsibility for high-quality gastronomy offers and services
• Development, implementation, and control of internal concepts and processes

You bring with you

• Completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ
• Further education at FA or HF level (hotel management school)
• Solid experience in the areas of F&B and housekeeping in modern 4/5* hotels
• Host personality with an eye for detail
• Proven leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
