The Melchsee-Frutt ski lifts are among the leading mountain railway companies in Central Switzerland. Both in winter and summer, the Melchsee-Frutt excursion and holiday region is very popular with its numerous activity options. As a service and transport company in the tourism sector, the guest is at the center for us.
To complement our team, we are looking for committed and motivated employees for the winter season 2025/26 in the following area:
GUEST HOST AND VENDING MACHINE COACH
The first contact counts. You take on the important role of welcoming the guest upon arrival at the valley station. Your friendly and courteous manner is appreciated by our guests and leaves a positive impression. You assist with guest guidance and offer help with ticket questions and online bookings. In addition, you are the link to the team colleagues at the ticket counters at the valley station.
Your tasks also include checking valid tickets and supervising our vending machine. Your calm, composed, and friendly manner helps you with this.
Additional language skills, especially English and ideally also French, complete your profile.
We are looking for a flexible person who mainly wants to work on weekends and during the holiday season and brings a healthy dose of composure and great enthusiasm in dealing with
guests.
