👋 Hey, I am Sanida and have been working as the executive assistant to the municipal clerk for three years. In summer 2026, I will leave the municipality of Regensdorf. Not because I don’t like it here – quite the opposite – but because I want to develop professionally and start training to become a teacher.

- Comprehensive administrative and organizational support of the municipal clerk; from complex issues to helping find his lost glasses or keys (Ø 2-3 times a year 😉)
- Independent organization of events (e.g., "New Residents Event")
- Collaboration in project teams (e.g., participation platform "Smart Regensdorf" )
- Hub function between departments and external stakeholders
- Supervision of our apprentices as a practical trainer

As a municipal administration, we are on a conscious path of innovation – also spatially: In our new municipal building (available from mid-March 2026), we work in an open work environment (don’t worry – there are no open-plan offices) without private offices and fixed workstations. 💛 My personal conclusion
