Quality Inspector (Incoming Goods Inspection)

About the job

• Inspection of goods based on an inspection plan stored in the system
• Verification of required documents and certificates according to the inspection plan
• Organization of extended technical inspections (internal)
• Detection of damages, quality defects, or discrepancies during incoming goods inspection
• Support with advanced incoming goods inspection and FAI
• Creation of Q-reports in case of deviations
• Documentation and analysis of test results and reporting on deviations

• Completed technical training (EFZ), ideally with further education in quality management
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in quality assurance
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as reading and understanding technical drawings and inspection plans
• High level of accuracy, structure, and diligence
• Teamwork skills as well as a proactive working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical content clearly
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Fluent in German, additional languages are an advantage
