To support our Administration & Finance Department, we are looking for a:
Management Control Officer (M/F) at 100%
Your role and responsibilities
Within the Administration & Finance Department and reporting directly to the Director of Administration & Finance, you contribute to the financial management of PRO and support the development of a genuine management culture to aid decision-making.
You develop management tools, dashboards and performance indicators to improve the financial visibility of the institution and support the departments in managing their activities.
You prepare financial reports for the Management, the Finance Committee and the Foundation Board, conduct financial analyses and contribute to the reliability and consolidation of financial data.
You participate in the implementation and structuring of management control at PRO. You actively contribute to the transformation of the Finance function by leading or supporting projects to evolve tools, financial information systems (ERP, interfaces, reporting) and business processes.
In close collaboration with the Accounting, Billing, Internal Control teams and operational departments, you develop a culture of financial management and support managers in this approach.
You also contribute to the implementation and monitoring of audit recommendations, internal control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Finally, you ensure the continuity of the activities of the Administration & Finance Department by deputising for the Director on certain files, projects or committees when necessary.
Profile sought
- Higher education in finance, management control, accounting or equivalent field;
- Proven experience in a management control, financial management or corporate finance role;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Interest in evolving environments and structuring approaches;
- Ability to work transversally and collaboratively;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organisational skills, autonomy and initiative;
- Mastery or strong interest in financial information systems, reporting and data analysis tools;
- Experience in leading or supporting financial transformation projects (ERP, digitalisation, process or reporting improvement);
- Ability to operate in a developing environment, structure practices and support change.
