For the Gastroconsult Group at the Chur location, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as Site Manager (m/f/d), who actively shapes and drives the strategic and operational development in the canton of Graubünden.

- Site & team leadership – You take over the professional and personnel management of a team of around six employees and sustainably develop the site
- Fiduciary mandate management – You manage fiduciary mandates for natural and legal persons
- Tax & pension consulting – You competently advise our clients on tax issues as well as pension planning
- Comprehensive business support– You support and advise our clients comprehensively from company formation to liquidation
- High-level business consulting– You lead complex and demanding consulting mandates in areas such as financing, succession planning, restructuring, and more
- Market & mandate development– You further expand existing mandates, identify market potentials, and actively pursue them
- Audit expertise– You conduct limited audits professionally and independently (optional)
- Leadership personality – You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation, high social competence, as well as a cooperative and appreciative leadership style
- Solid fiduciary expertise – You bring several years of solid professional experience in fiduciary services
- Advanced professional qualification – You have a professional certificate in finance and accounting or fiduciary services or an expert diploma (fiduciary expert, auditor, or tax expert)
- Responsible, proactive personality – You convince through a high degree of independence as well as a professional, efficient working style. You appreciate a versatile, varied range of tasks and have a high sense of responsibility
