The established women’s clinic is part of a modern acute hospital in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and covers a broad spectrum of gynaecology and obstetrics. The medical management is organised in a co-chief physician model and is characterised by clear responsibilities and short decision-making paths.

Pelvic floor medicine is firmly anchored in the clinic and is interdisciplinary networked with urology, surgery and other specialist areas. An experienced individual is sought to take professional responsibility and contribute their own specialisms for the further development of this area.

Your responsibilities:

• Professional responsibility for urogynecology
• Own clinic and surgical activities in pelvic floor surgery
• Further development of the urogynecological services
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with adjacent specialist areas
• Leadership and supervision of assistant and senior physicians
• Participation in the medical on-call service

Your competencies:

• Specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics or recognised equivalent qualification
• Specialisation in urogynecology completed or in advanced training
• Several years of clinical and surgical experience in pelvic floor medicine
• Leadership experience or motivation to take on a senior role
• Structured, team-oriented and interdisciplinary working style
