What is my role?

In this role, you take on the independent and customer-oriented handling of benefit cases. You are responsible for the comprehensive processing of sickness, disability, and death cases and assess the reintegration potential within the framework of case management. In addition, you prepare settlements, clarify the responsibility of the pension institutions, and work closely with insured persons, pension funds, and other insurers.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial basic education in the insurance sector, preferably in occupational benefits or social insurance, as well as at least two years of professional experience in a comparable role.
