Facility Employee Shopping Centre Tägipark

Tasks

You are responsible for the technical maintenance of the systems and infrastructure
Your concern is to ensure the smooth operation of a shopping centre
You support us in the safety of people and assets
You apply your skills in the setup and dismantling of our diverse centre events and occasions
You maintain the surroundings with expertise

You have completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance or a craft apprenticeship (e.g. caretaker, sanitary, heating or ventilation technician)
Your German skills and basic knowledge of MS Office are an important part
You have gained experience in technical service or caretaking
You are willing to be flexible with your time due to opening hours and hold a category B driving licence
Your knowledge of building management systems is a must
