REPLACEMENT SOCIAL EDUCATORS (M/F)

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Ensure support for beneficiaries according to their specific needs and life habits
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of individualised projects
• Collaborate with educational and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherent and quality support
• Actively participate in the institutional dynamic and the well-being of beneficiaries
• Intervene in different sectors of the institution according to needs.

Your ideal profile:

• Diploma as an educator from a recognised social school or holder of a CFC in ASE with desired professional experience in socio-educational work
• Interest in supporting people with specific needs
• Flexibility, adaptability and sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Availability to carry out occasional, regular or long-term replacements.
