to join our headquarters in Aarau as soon as possible.
This is how you ensure electricity in Switzerland
In this varied role, you are part of the Network Operation Center and thus the central point of contact for internal and external customers. Your tasks include, among others:
- Ensuring trouble-free operation of the telecommunications and remote control infrastructure throughout Switzerland
- Receiving, analyzing, and resolving faults
- Processing service requests and, if necessary, forwarding tickets to subsequent departments or service providers
- Supporting field staff with access, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Further development of operational processes (ITIL) and documentation
- Participation in projects as a representative of operations (NOC)
- Appropriate communication and escalation in case of faults and problems
- Providing 24/7 on-call service (on-call duty is mandatory)

For this position, we are looking for a communicative and empathetic team player. You are resilient and have a structured way of working as well as very good documentation skills. Furthermore, you bring the following:
- Technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications, or computer science, or an equivalent education
- Experience in operating complex communication infrastructures
- Very good knowledge in at least one of the technologies used (especially WDM, but also telephone systems, VoIP, IP, MPLS)
- Experience in operating communication or secondary technology in substations
- Willingness for continuous change and further education
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (certification is an advantage)
- Very good German skills are mandatory, good English skills, French or Italian are an advantage
