Foreman or Site Supervisor Timber Construction Assembly

Your field of activity

• You are on the move at many different deployment sites, leading the timber construction and interior finishing work on site and are responsible for the quality-compliant creation of our innovative timber construction solutions
• On the diverse construction sites of our customers, you take over the creation and installation of custom-made timber construction systems, facade work in wood and panel materials, and HBV (timber-concrete composite) elements according to plan and schedule together with the assembly team
• You plan the deployments, coordinate your team on site and ensure a smooth project process including reporting
• You always ensure compliance with the S&G measures and local safety regulations

Your foundation

• You are a trained carpenter/joiner, (construction) joiner and have already successfully completed further training as a foreman or site supervisor
• The building material wood is your passion and you already bring professional experience in this environment
• Your expertise, strong communication skills and high social competence have ideally already been proven in a leadership role and you motivate your team with high commitment, a solution-oriented working style and your pronounced team spirit
• You speak fluent German and hold a category B driving licence
