The EKT Group has been supplying the people of Thurgau safely and reliably with energy and data since 1912 and provides services for companies, municipalities & schools as well as private individuals. The corporate group, headquartered in Arbon, employs a total of 200 dedicated staff and trains apprentices in five professions. Technical Caretaker 100%
Your responsibilities with us
- Monitoring, maintenance and inspection of technical facilities
- Initiation and implementation of immediate measures in case of malfunctions in the systems
- Independent completion of minor repairs in all areas
- Accompanying third parties during service and maintenance work
- Cleaning, maintenance and surrounding area work
- Daily rounds through the sanitary facilities and our cafeteria
- Quality control and supervision of external cleaning staff
- Procurement of consumables in cooperation with logistics
Your profile
- Specialist in operational maintenance, maintenance specialist or a technical training such as plumber, electrician, heating or ventilation fitter
- Many years of professional experience as a caretaker or in the field of service technology in the mentioned professions
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, precise and reliable working method
- Resilient, committed, flexible and service-oriented personality
- Team player
- Good IT user skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Neat appearance and impeccable reputation
- Driving licence category B and BE
