As a complaints manager (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Increasing productivity in manufacturing by analysing processes, collecting key figures and developing as well as implementing concepts for process improvement
• Creating standards in manufacturing
• Coordinator of manufacturing to other departments for cross-departmental projects concerning manufacturing
• Coordination and handling of manufacturing-relevant topics required for the product development process
• Communication with customers in cooperation with project management or sales for
  • Components concerning the series
  • Industrialisation of projects

You bring with you:

• Completed training in a metalworking profession with further training to master craftsman, technician or a comparable qualification
• Sound technical understanding of cause-effect relationships and processes, preferably in the field of stamping/bending technology
• Confident handling of MS Office, Babtec and SAP
• Good knowledge of English
• Training in Lean Management, Kaizen and Six Sigma is an advantage
• Resilience, reliability and strong communication skills
• High commitment and ability to work in a team
• Economic thinking and goal-oriented action
