Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

Alternative drives and sustainable energy sources are the pillars of the industrial future.
In addition to battery contact systems for electric vehicles, we jointly develop products for use in sensor technology for autonomous vehicles or connectors for alternative energies.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.
As a complaints manager (m/f/d), your tasks are:
- Increasing productivity in manufacturing by analysing processes, collecting key figures and developing as well as implementing concepts for process improvement
- Creating standards in manufacturing
- Coordinator of manufacturing to other departments for cross-departmental projects concerning manufacturing
- Coordination and handling of manufacturing-relevant topics required for the product development process
- Communication with customers in cooperation with project management or sales for
- Components concerning the series
- Industrialisation of projects
You bring with you:
- Completed training in a metalworking profession with further training to master craftsman, technician or a comparable qualification
- Sound technical understanding of cause-effect relationships and processes, preferably in the field of stamping/bending technology
- Confident handling of MS Office, Babtec and SAP
- Good knowledge of English
- Training in Lean Management, Kaizen and Six Sigma is an advantage
- Resilience, reliability and strong communication skills
- High commitment and ability to work in a team
- Economic thinking and goal-oriented action
