• Responsibility for creating, updating, and maintaining overall and capacity planning
• Planning, controlling, and further developing detailed planning
• Collaboration in group and capacity planning as well as supporting the team in daily coordination
• Development of new throughput plans for various orders in production as well as incorporation of feedback
• Close cooperation and coordination with production, commissioning, logistics, and other relevant interfaces

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further education in planning, production, or supply chain
• Professional experience in production, assembly, or capacity planning is an advantage
• Very good Excel skills, additional experience in Python, VBA, or other programming languages is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and structured, independent working style
• Affinity for numbers
• Ability to clearly prepare complex planning data and derive clear decisions from it
• Communicative, team-oriented personality, confident appearance, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
