As a team leader, you take on the personnel and professional leadership role and apply a promising mix of leadership methods. • In the responsible role as team leader, you lead the team with predominantly homogeneous functions using classic and/or agile methods.
• You are responsible for partly demanding products, topics, content, processes and/or issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality. You lead sub-projects or working groups.
• As a team leader, you proactively ensure that dependencies, interdisciplinary collaboration and interfaces with other cross-divisional systems, projects and topics are maintained.
• You communicate appropriately with different teams and stakeholders or moderate groups with predominantly demanding content.
• Additionally, you are responsible for departmental tasks such as IT, processes or checklists.
• You are willing to deputise for the Head of the Operations Control Centre.

• You have leadership training, the Swiss Federal Police Specialist Certificate I or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience in an operations control centre; experience in operational leadership is an advantage.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in German; good knowledge of French (level B1) is required. Additional languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
