Ensure cost, schedule, and quality accountability on architecture and general contractor orders.
Act as the primary contact for clients, authorities, and design teams.

Technical background in construction with further education in project management.
Strong understanding of planning, quality, and cost awareness.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Your tasks:

Management, coordination and handling of new build and refurbishment projects from development through planning, realisation up to and including commissioning
Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in architectural contracts and/or general contractor/specialist contractor contracts
Contact person for our clients, authorities, planning teams
Ensuring project requirements and objectives
Preparation of condition analyses, renovation concepts and feasibility studies

Your profile:

Basic construction technical training with further education at university of applied sciences or in project management
Understanding of plans, quality awareness, cost consciousness
Leadership skills in various construction projects
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Confidence in communication, both spoken and written
High customer orientation
Reliability, conscientiousness, resilience, team player
