What you can achieve
- Conducting criminal investigations in cooperation with the cantonal police
- Clarification of complex factual and legal matters
- Ordering coercive measures and conducting interrogations
- Issuing procedural and final orders as well as penal orders
- Filing charges and representation before courts of first and second instance
What distinguishes you
- Completed law degree, possibly additional training (RA, CAS Forensics, CAS WISTRA)
- Professional experience in criminal prosecution, court or legal practice
- Good knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law as well as civil law
- Commitment, collegiality and teamwork skills
- Assertiveness, resilience as well as an efficient and results-oriented working style
- Willingness to continue education and participate in projects
