Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the preparation and cooking of high-quality and visually appealing meals for all target groups implementing medically prescribed dietary measures and nutritional guidelines in diet forms and dishes
- Support of the Sanalogic menu selection system
- Assistance with aperitifs and banquets
- Co-responsible for achieving and maintaining the high quality standard
- Willingness to work at all stations in the kitchen
- Assistance in training apprentices
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ and diet cook or higher professional examination
- Strong quality and hygiene awareness
- Solid Sanalogic knowledge
- Completed trainer course
- Team player and service-oriented
- Independent and precise working method
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
