Job Description

Your stage:

As part of your study internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the service and/or reception area of our hotel world. You will actively participate in day-to-day operations, take on responsibility and be supported by our staff and managers.

• Care and advice for our international guests
• Working in various day shifts
• Preparation and organisation
• Getting to know our processes and quality standards

Qualifications

You love guest contact and

• You are completing training at a recognised Swiss hotel or tourism school
• You are enthusiastic about hospitality and dealing with people.
• You work reliably, committed and enjoy working in a team.
• You have a well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.
• You have good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
