Property Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training with a qualification as a property manager with a federal specialist certificate
- Experience in independent property management
- Good user knowledge of GaraioREM as well as MS Office
- Very good German skills and professional communication
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Your Tasks
- Management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Tenant support including handovers and inspections
- Budgeting, investment planning and advising the owners
- Organisation and control of technical facility management
- Participation in projects for digitalisation and process optimisation
