Customer Service Employee (50%) & Profond Care (50%)
Customer Service - Your area of responsibility:
- Support and advice for telephone and written inquiries from insured persons
- Processing changes to insured persons' master data
- Participation in the further development of customer-oriented and efficient processes
Customer Service - What distinguishes you:
- BVG experience
- Native English speaker with good German skills (m/f)

Profond Care - Your area of responsibility:
- Triage of incapacity for work reports regarding potential for professional reintegration
- Coordination of professional reintegration with social and daily sickness allowance insurances as well as employers
- Advice to employers and insured persons in the context of incapacity for work
- Collaboration with external case management providers
- Monitoring and quality assurance of all activities
- Proactive thinking and active shaping of processes and the further development of the department
Profond Care - What distinguishes you:
- Proven professional experience in the medical or social insurance environment
- Ideally experience in occupational health management (BGM)
- Good language skills in German, ideally French, English as a complement (m/f)
