The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,500 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. For its HR Management & Development unit at the Rennaz site, the Human Resources Department is looking for a replacement for maternity leave for a:
HR Specialist M/F at 80%-100% - Fixed-term contract
The main tasks of this position are
- Advise and support managers as well as employees, particularly regarding their respective rights and duties
- Manage long-term absence situations (case management)
- Ensure the implementation, facilitation, and monitoring of long-term absence networks
- Coordinate therapeutic reintegration plans in connection with the OAI and occupational health
- Support management in HR situations (recruitment, conflict management, mediation, disciplinary interviews, development interviews, etc.)
- Establish specifications and define classification levels
- Manage the facilitation and analysis of HR dashboards with department heads
- Promote, transmit, and train management in good HR practices
We require
- A diploma or a master's degree (HES or UNI) and/or a federal specialist HR certificate
- Additional training in HR management (e.g., recruitment, mediation, conflict management, absence management, case management, coaching...)
- Proven experience in an equivalent position and/or as an HR manager and/or in management
- Good knowledge of social insurance and labor law (LTr)
- Economic knowledge (salaries, reporting, etc.) and knowledge of the health/hospital sector are desired
