YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Analysis and handling of complex malfunctions in 2nd-level support including escalation to 3rd-level
• Execution of system tests after updates, patches, and releases as well as support during rollouts and migrations
• Documentation of incidents, solutions, and system changes as well as tracking in the ticket system
• Collaboration in optimizing PLM processes and workflows based on user feedback
• Support in standardization and improvement initiatives in the system environment
• Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as close cooperation with IT and specialist departments
• Support in data maintenance and quality in the PLM ecosystem
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Technical or IT-related education as well as experience with engineering and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in the PLM environment and ideally further training in ITIL or system training
• Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, CATIA, and SAP ERP
• Strong ability to analyze complex malfunctions using logs and system tools
• Experience in ticket and incident management as well as structured documentation
• Very good communication skills and high teamwork ability in interdisciplinary and international teams
• High service orientation, empathy, and understanding of user needs
