Finance Advisor (m/f) Linthal 80 - 100 %

Your tasks:

• Independently managing the customer counter in the morning, including all cash handling and the management of the ATM including on-call duties
• Independent management of your own private customer portfolio with a focus on financing
• Comprehensive advice on investments, pension provision and estate planning with support from specialists
• Sale of GLKB products and services (e.g. Glarner Set, asset management mandates)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and sustainable customer care
• Continuous expansion of market penetration (e.g. acquisition of new customers and new funds)
• Timely and flawless preparation of applications and completion of pending tasks (e.g. credit and control templates, overdraft management)
• Professional support of investment advisors; regular training/information on financing-relevant topics (e.g. affordability guidelines) within the framework of sales meetings

Your profile:

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Knowledge of business and economic contexts
• Several years of experience in financing business is an advantage
• Excellent German skills (native level), any additional language is an advantage
• Targeted communication, very good manners and good empathy
• Excellent customer and service orientation and willingness to learn new things and actively engage with changes
