Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

For Raiffeisenbank Frutigland Cooperative, a successful and locally focused bank headquartered in Frutigen with branches in Adelboden, Aeschi b. Spiez, and Reichenbach, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor.

• Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented operations at the counter as well as efficient and needs-based service and advice in the customer zone (including customer safe).
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Providing simple, standardized advice on numbers, saving/investing, and retirement planning
• Developing needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation as well as within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product offering
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns

• Completed banking training or comparable education
• Experience in customer contact
• Helpful and customer-oriented working style
